We did manage to raise enough money for Jan 1st rent, and by Feb 1st we will have 2 new roommates to help with rent, so for now things are okay.

Mission House Yard Sale
Hello everybody in Southern California (& fellow photographers who visit sometimes)! We want to be sure we make rent for our Mission House by the end of the month, so we're having this emergency "Internet Yard Sale". If you're in Southern California (or visit here sometimes) and are interested in buying any of these items, the details are near the bottom of the page.

Most of these items have appeared in our photos and videos: the smaller bondage thumbs link to larger pics.
BLUE SECRETARY CHAIR, adjustable height. This type of chair isn't safe for bondage unless you sit still. We used it mostly for secretary scene set-ups.
MOD BLUE CHAIR - Those of you who've visited Mission House know that this is Indie-the-chihuahua's window chair. It's very firm and in decent condition.
GRAY SECRETARY CHAIR, adjustable height. Not safe for bondage unless you sit very still. We mostly used it for secretary-scene set-ups.
SQUARE SOFA END TABLE - Someone broke the drawer out of it during a shoot. We simply placed the broken side to the wall for all the photosets...
THE FRATERNAL TWINS. Heavy sturdy living-room pair: a sofa and a divan. If you plan to tie anyone over the back of the divan, though, you should reinforce it at the bottom. Because it's been through an awful lot of bondage already. LOL
UPRIGHT PIANO - This is a great piano, but it has a drinking-glass-stain on the far right side :( Very nice tone. Was tuned this year. Pianos should be re-tuned after a move, though.
We have 3, no 2, portable massage tables! The 1st is blue with no carry case. It has appeared in a lot of photos and videos. The 2nd and 3rd have carry cases. One of them is dark blue, the other is maroon. Hardly used; in great shape!

FRAMED POSTER PRINT. No glass, so it's not reflective if you have it in the background for photos/videos.
FRAMED PICTUREs, each finished with "canvas" look - very fancy - heavy - beautiful - no glass, so not reflective when in the background of photos/videos
FRAMED TITLED POSTER. No glass, so not reflective in background of photo/video shoot.
FAKE TREES and FAKE PLANTS. They have starred in many fetish shoots, lol. :) Please help them continue their illustrous careers :) (the Xmas decorations are not included LOL)
The Mission house RUGS. Most are about 8 foot by 5 foot. We have furry-furry dogs so any rug acquired would need to be cleaned for full enjoyment by a new owner!
TALL PROP LAMP - I don't think this lamp works. We used it as set decor.
SHORT CUTE LAMP - I think this lamp does work. We just never plug it in because we're usually using it as set decor.
BLACK FILE CABINET - Really horribly beat up.
GRAY FILE CABINET - Only moderately beat up.
My dad's KITCHEN TABLE ON WHEELS. Dad put a lot of things on wheels because he had trouble moving furniture with his Parkinson's. This table has a seam in the middle for an expansion piece, but that piece has been lost. I think a handyman would have to adopt this item because it could use some fixing up. But basically this is a nice heavy wood table from long long ago that was made to last.
PROP PILLAR. Heavy. Chipped, so you'd want to put some plants around the base or something to hide that.
PIER ONE PRIVACY PANEL. We painted one side gold. The other side is still the "Japanese" look. This item isn't in good shape but looks okay as background in photos.
DRESSING-ROOM STANDING MIRROR - with two broken "balls", LOL. This would need to be adopted by a handyman who could reattach the side balls and sturdy up the mirror again. Because it's really very lovely.
ROUND END TABLE, in good shape - I notice currently there are little candle drippies on it from some recent tee-hee's, but that will come right off
WOOD 2-PART PRIVACY PANEL. Strong wood. Nice

We'd need payment before December 31: paypal/cash/check/money order. You would need to come pick up your item(s) before January 31 (that would be our moveout date if we miss January 1st rent). We are in Granada Hills, right near the 405+118 freeway juncture!
When you come for pickup, we would be happy to hang out with you for a bit and chat!
(If you are interested in some of our bondage equipment and/or
wardrobe, we are considering a Round 2 Yard
Sale -- but we're hoping that won't be necessary because then we'd
be letting go of items that we need for keeping our websites

TWO STAR-BACK CHAIRS - Here are our famous starburst chairs aka star-back chairs. Such a pretty design! For most of their lives they just had the one soda stain on the seat, but recently, someone beat the hell out of one of the chair-backs. I don' t know who did it. Maybe someone was chained to the chair? Anyway, as you can see in the closeup, now the chair is way crappier. Maybe the person who destroyed the chair could buy it? Okay, anybody. LOL!
HEAVY 3-PART PRIVACY PANEL - very heavy dark wood... really nice
PADDED LEATHER POSING TABLE... everyone loves this piece... it's very sturdy, well made, gorgeous, perfectly cushioned for bondage or sex or whatever...!

Our BONDAGE HORSE WITH POST! Padded Seat and kneepads. The post is detachable. A lot of ladies have been tied to this for photos and video. The screws on this need to be tightened up.

THE BLUE DRESSER - Two women who've seen this dresser at Mission House have told me they really like it, so I sure hope someone will give it a nice home. This used to be Loren Chance's dresser. She traded it to me for a different dresser. It's an old-school heavy-duty piece of furniture. So sturdy, I can stand on it! But mostly I just tie women to it.
Our GOLD LADY... she has been in SO many photosets and videos! She's heavy ceramic so handle with care :) I hope someone will give her a good loving home because she means a lot to us -- LOL! :)
SORRY THIS BED IS ON HOLD**** BLACK WOOD BED with
Bondage Bars... Queen Size. this was my
bed for my
room so we didn't shoot it much, but it holds 2nd place for spot that
I've been most tied up and screwed on. LOL. (1st place
most-tied spot was Jon's black iron bed back in the early days of BB.)
Anyway, I bought this
bed because the headboard and footbars are so perfect for bondage
attachments. This bed is compact and not very hard to move!
You can have the mattress and/or boxspring if you want. I
don't need this bed any more because we are sleeping on a mattress in
the back bedroom.
SORRY THIS BED IS ON HOLD**** WOOD+METAL BED, Full size. This has been the official bondage bed
for shoots in recent years. As you can see it's really great for bondage. You can have the boxspring and/or
mattress too, if you want. You'll have to carry out the headboard
and footend separately - detaching the headboard is done with an Allenkey. Alankey?
